Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery within Georgia usually takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

International orders ship with one of two services, shown at checkout with their exact price: Standard, which usually takes 10–12 business days and is available for selected destinations, and Express, which usually takes 5–7 business days and is available worldwide.

Shipping fee

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location.

Returns & exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
